Cider and chilli chorizo

Our chorizo is made from locally reared Northern Irish pork, seasoned with a blend of hot and sweet smoked paprika certified from the Pimenton De la Vera region of Spain 

Our artisan chorizo has been cured, fermented and air-dried to create a flavoursome addition to any dish. With the addition of cider from Co. Armagh and a hint of chilli this is one to try.
