Fennel Salami - Finocchiona

Award winning salami received two stars in Great taste awards 2019 and silver at the Blas na hÉireann 2019.

Our version of the Italian classic Finocchiona.  Our fennel salami is seasoned with toasted fennel seeds, black pepper and garlic.  The mix is then filled into beef sausage casings before being fermented and air dried for 6-8 weeks 

Sliced and vacuumed packed, ready for you to serve.
