Fennel Salami - Finocchiona

Our version of the Italian classic Finocchiona.  Our fennel salami is seasoned with toasted fennel seeds, black pepper, garlic and a splashing of Greek Ouzo.  The mix is then filled into beef sausage casings before being fermented and air dried for 5 weeks.

Sliced and vacuumed packed, ready for you to serve.
